"Armenian Development Bank" OJSC customer complaints are received and processed in compliance with the "Customer complaints and demands acquisition and examination" internal rule confirmed by the bank administration (decision 4.6)  in January 22, 2009.

The customers of "Armenian Development Bank" OJSC have following options to present their complaints and demands. The application should be signed or stamped (in case of legal entity) also the name, position, employer and place of residence should be mentioned. The application won't be accepted without one of the above mentioned information. The complaints should be forwarded to  the main office or the branch /address: 44/1 Babadjanyan str., Avan district, Yerevan, Armenia/ or by e-mail: info@armdb.com or by mail: "Armenian Development Bank" OJSC, 21/1 Paronyan Street, Yerevan 0015, Armenia.

The individual customer has a right to present his/her complaints bearing from the transactions between the bank and himself/herself to Financial System Mediator.

"Armenian Development Bank" OJSC has not signed  written agreement with Financial System Mediator related to rejecting the right to dispute the decisions of Financial System Mediator.

Subchapter 2

Every individual is entitled to receive the following information about the bank: the copies of information in accordance with "Banks and Banking Activities" law article 20 part 3 and article 43 part 2.

The charge for paper copy is 3 drams per copy, electronic mail delivery is free of charge. The "Armenian Development Bank" OJSC provides the applicant with the information within 5 days after receiving the application.

The bank provides the info according to "Securities Market" law article 16 chapter 3 and article 120 chapter 2 the business day after application date, and the bank also provides info in 126rd article  part 3 within 5 days after application date. The charge for paper copy is 3 drams per copy, electronic mail delivery is free of charge.
