The loan portfolio surged by 75%

Loan portfolio of Armenian Development Bank in the first half of 2012 has increased by 70.5%  or by 10.8 billion drams as compared to the previous year.

In 2012 financial year Armenian Development Bank introduces new types of loans, such as "Mortgage loan without prepayment", "Business loan with airbags" and "Business mortgage loan".
In addition, the volume of consumer loans has increased making a significant portion of the loan portfolio.
