Tariffs for investment services rendered for securities issues by the RA state securities and resident companies   

• Commission fees are charged non-cash from an investor's monetary account after transaction implementation within the same banking day.
• You can get acquainted with the procedure and terms of connecting to an investor, contract terms, return of consumer's funds in case of suspension of a signed contract as well as the procedure of interests collision prevention in the "Contract of rendering investment services" *. 
• An investor can get acquainted with securities types as well as get general information on risks connected with them in appendix 1 of "Investment activity" regulation.
• One can learn about orders of transactions implementation orders made by investors and orders reception and fulfillment procedures in the regulations of "Investment activity accomplishment".
• The location conducting transactions can be the stock exchange, another market - regulated or not regulated depending on investor's order.
• The list of required documents for taking advantage of investment services:

1. documents necessary for bank accounts opening according to regulation of "collection and maintenance of customers' data"   
2. information on the investor according to appendix 2 of Investment activity regulation. 

ATTENTION: In case of transactions fulfillment with terms mentioned in the investor's order, THE INVESTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISK related to investment in securities. The Bank WILL NOT COMPENSATE the investor's damages if they haven't been caused by the company as a result of dishonest course.
