Armenian Development Bank offers You bank guarantee for Your transaction performance.   

Bank guarantee is provided for proper fulfillment of responsibilities of the participant recognized as a winner in a competition to beneficiary, for ensuring proper accomplishment of liabilities assumed by contract as well as for proper realization of payment liabilities of the importer (buyer) assumed to exporter (seller) as payment guarantee.           

The decision on banking guarantee is made within 15 working days following submission of required documents by a customer to the Bank.

Stipulations for the Bank's approval to provide a banking guarantee are as follows:

• ability to pay the guarantee
• existence of borrower's financial resources
• the quality and type of guarantee security
• loan history of a borrower
• transfers of accounts in the Bank
• characteristics and field of activity
• general economic conditions impacting on a borrower's activity
• personal qualities of a borrower
• the opportunity of supervision over the guarantee
