tariffs and rates
  1. Hereby are defined the tariffs and rates charged for services provided to the clients of "Armenian Development Bank" OJSC (hereinafter Bank), the commission fees stipulated by these are charged in AMD.
  2. The tariffs and rates presented below are deemed a public offer made by the Bank. Client's giving the Bank order for performing a certain operation is viewed as acceptance of the terms stated below.     
  3. The Bank is entitled to unilaterally making changes in operating tariffs by posting news on it in the Bank's website and/or other public sources, in the territory of the Bank - in places visible to clients.
  4. Besides operating tariffs, the Bank is entitled to charge extra commission fees for performing additional work and/or non-standard operations.
  5. The terms of services, operations and transactions (terminable deposits, loans, purchase of foreign currency (FOREX), purchase of derivatives and so on) conducted by the Bank, not stipulated by these tariffs and rates directly, are defined by a contract signed between the Bank and a Customer and/or internal legal acts. In distinct cases these tariffs and rates can be applied in different measure based on contracts signed with Customers.
  6. In special cases the Bank can also apply (non-standard) tariffs with privileged terms compared to defined tariffs basing itself on long-term cooperation between the Bank and a customer, the amount of customer's cash flow in the bank, accounts' balances and other substantial reasons.
  7. The commission fees mentioned in these tariffs and rates for services provided can be charged unilaterally without any acceptance by the Bank from Customer's bank account if there isn't anything else defined by a contract signed with the Customer.
  8. When performing operations mentioned in these tariffs and rates the Bank isn't liable for inaccurate or unclear directions and instructions given by a customer, delays, errors and damages caused by insurmountable force (Force majeure) (natural disasters, civil mutinies, acts of governing bodies, blockades, malfunctioning of means of communication, other emergencies).
  9. For international organizations and embassies operating in the RA, the commission fees defined in these tariffs and rates are charged according to the contract.
