The authorized capital of "Armenian Development Bank" Open Joint Stock Company is 4 525 992 300 AMD as for January 31, 2011. Throughout its operation the Bank has implemented 13 issues through which there have been allocated 792 685 common shares with 5500 AMD nominative value and 237 464 privileged shares with 700 AMD nominative value. The Bank has 76 stockholders in number. As for April 10, 2013 11 of the Bank's stockholders are resident legal and 37 are physical persons, and 28 are non-resident physical persons. The participation of resident individuals and legal entities in the Bank's authorized capital is 65.87%, that of non-resident individuals and legal entities is 34.13%.
