The authorized capital of "Armenian Development Bank" Open Joint Stock Company is 4 525 992 300 AMD as for January 31, 2011. Throughout its operation the Bank has implemented 13 issues through which there have been allocated 792 685 common shares with 5500 AMD nominative value and 237 464 privileged shares with 700 AMD nominative value. The Bank has 75 stockholders in number. As for January 31, 2011 11 of the Bank's stockholders are resident legal and physical persons, and 2 of them are non-resident legal persons and 28 are non-resident physical persons.
